Weddings

It’s twenty-five steps down the center aisle to the altar where you will make your vows. But the biggest step you take on your wedding day is a step of faith; faith in each other, and faith in God. Christian marriage is a covenant of faith, blessed by God, where husband and wife promise life-long commitment to one another. We are here to assist couples to prepare not just for their wedding ceremony, but for their whole lives. Each couple receives 12 hours of premarital counseling and individual consultation with the Pastor in preparing for their wedding service and marriage. This time is used to explore questions of marriage and learn communication skills. During this time we reflect on how God’s love and grace shape our marriage, home and family life.
