A Community in Christ

It’s a meeting place: where God meets you, His purpose meets your plans, His wisdom meets your confusion, His healing meets your hurts, His forgiveness meets your sin, His unfailing love meets your betrayal, His life meets your death.

It’s a meeting place: for the lost and the gathered, the rebellious and the reconciled, for holy meals shared, and potlucks shared, by sinners and saints, united as people marked and saved by the cross of Christ forever.

For by grace you have been saved through faith, and this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God— not the result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are what he has made us, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand to be our way of life. Ephesians 2: 8-9

Growing in Faith

Connect to Christ: in the company of friends, learn more, study, bring questions, gain insight, read and reflect, seek and find, in small groups, in prayer groups, discover purpose, and grow in faith.

Abide in me as I abide in you. Just as the branch cannot bear fruit by itself unless it abides in the vine, neither can you unless you abide in me. I am the vine, you are the branches.

Called to Serve

Put your faith in action: encouraging, befriending, cooking and feeding, knitting, clothing, rebuilding and repairing, helping and healing, calling and visiting, making cards and sending care packages, gardening for the community, caring in crisis, using the gifts and passions God’s given us to share.

We know love by this, that he laid down his life for us—and we ought to lay down our lives for one another. How does God’s love abide in anyone who has the world’s goods and sees a brother or sister in need and yet refuses help? 1 John 3:16-17
