Rick Moulton opened the meeting with a devotion.
     
Pastor Durk presented his report. He announced that we have three Thrivent Representatives: Linda Bavier, Mary Fenske, and Curt Herwers.
     
Pastor Chris shared her report.
     
Steve Wagner presented the budget and it will continue to be monitored.
     
Greg Goeke discussed terms about the sale of the land and encouraged us to continue to pray and be patient Đ everything seems like it’s going well.
     
The Vision Sub Team made a presentation. Chair, Bill Zajac, gave an overview of our strengths and weaknesses. We discussed ways to craft this into a vision statement.
     
Job descriptions from Personnel were reviewed, modifications were made and the following positions have been approved: Interim Children’s Ministry Director, Nursery Attendant & Coordinator, and Custodian.
     
Mary Monge gave an update about the Caring Ministry Team.
     
The Membership Roster was reviewed in accordance with the handbook. 41 families were removed from the rolls due to inactivity.
     
The meeting closed with the Lord’s Prayer at 9:30 p.m.
